1. General
On-line purchasing at KikoyShop is very simple. Add any item that you wish to buy to your shopping basket. You will be asked for some details, to complete the order and to make it possible for us to send the items to any address of your choice.

These general conditions apply to every offer and agreement between the KikoyShop or KeniaShop and the buyer. If the buyer has ordered a product he/she declares to agree with the terms of delivery.

2. About our webshop
All information on the website of the KikoyShop has been composed with a lot of attention and care. The products as shown in the webshop are basically in stock. Occasionally it can happen that an article is ordered by different buyers at the same time. Since we have only a few pieces in stock, it can happen that the product is sold out. In that case, we will let you know by email when the item in our store will be stocked. We do our best to show the images of our products as good and truthful as possible. It may happen that the colours of the products show slight differences per computer.
There may be small differences in the colours that appear identical at first glance. This is because one time people in Kenya add more or less dye to the colouring process than other times. Because all products are made by hand it happens small bumps may be found in the tissue.

3. Ordering
As soon as you have placed your order we send you a confirmation by email. This confirmation shows an overview of your order, costs for transport and taxes. All prices are in Euros and including VAT.

After your payment has arrived in our account we send you a confirmation by email.
Immediately we assemble and wrap your order and send it to your address. This action will also be confirmed to you in an email.
